What an honour it was to have my painting, “Self Portrait,” presented alongside the Premier of Queensland, David Crisafulli, and Sam O'Connor, Member of the Queensland Legislative Assembly. Standing with them while advocating for impactful causes for the Australian Government was truly a moment of pride.

My art is a symbol of transparency, a sanctuary for one's being, and permission to embrace who you truly are—to act because it’s the right thing to do. It was inspiring to witness someone in a position of power who seemed grounded, present, and connected to reality. Politicians often excel at saying what people want to hear, but my hope is for more leaders to do what’s right, even in the face of scrutiny.

Moments like these reassure me that my art belongs in the spotlight, coming to life where it can create impact and inspire change. My dream is for my paintings to be voices of pure truth and light—to bring hope to those in their darkest times and unlock meaning for everyone who encounters them.

“Self Portrait” challenges traditional norms of self-portraiture, exploring the depths of human identity and what it means to be an energy and presence on this planet. This painting is a reflection of how far I’ve come on my journey since discovering my true passion for art. It is an expression that demands attention, requiring care and channeling into reality—a story of my life, my experiments, and the essence of what it means to be human.
